Time really flies! Another year has gone and we are now in the 8th day of 2012. It's always good to start afresh with new things to look forward to & strive for. The 1st step is to make new year resolutions ;)
My resolutions for 2012 will be:
- To loose at least 5 to 10kg. This one is hard, but it has been my new year
resolutions like, forever -_-" I figured I need to really put effort into it. I'm
not gonna lie that this year it'll realise, but I'm gonna try to make it so ;)
- Learn how to play the piano/keyboard. This one too has been my new year
resolutions for so long! But this year it's cool, I'm already in arrangements to
start lessons ;)
- To tidy up the house! Hmm...this one's really hard too...I haven't really tidy the
house form like....ahem~ nevermind :p So in 2012, I'm gonna tidy it up to make
room for the keyboard I bought last year -_-", to hang all the pretty MJ posters
I've bought :x, and to repaint the room(s) ;)
- Start YouTube videos/channel =) I thought this is a great way to share and work
towards what you are really passionate about! So 1st I need to get a HD camera &
learn how to make videos =)
- To strive to be more mature, more objective & less reactive, more detailed,
careful & meticulous. And also to learn to be more patient, and care more for
others! =)
That's it! Hope that by the end of this year when I write again, all these resolutions have been realised! =)
What the mind can conceive, it can achieve - BELIEVE. If you want to convince others, first convince yourself. Life is a always a struggle. But it is these experiences that give us meaning and worth in the things we do.

PA response to opposition members as GROs advisors
If the PA wrote this letter below and SPH published it in the Straits Times:
WE REFER to Mr Muhammad Yusuf Osman’s letter yesterday (‘Advisers to grassroots bodies should be elected MPs’).
The mission of the People’s Association (PA) and its grassroots organisations (GROs) is to bond the community and connect people with the Government. PA and its GROs serve all residents regardless of their political affiliations in fulfilling their role.
Grassroots advisers are appointed by PA, a statutory board. Besides connecting people to people, grassroots advisers are required to help the Government connect with people and help promote government policies and programmes such as anti-dengue and active ageing.
Hence, the Government has to appoint grassroots advisers who support its programmes and can play this role well. Opposition MPs cannot be expected to do this and thus cannot become advisers to GROs.
Ooi Hui Mei (Ms)

For Chief Executive Director
People’s Association
Oh my god, I can't believe this came from the PA director! You may want to want to seek help on how to write an appropriate response! & definitely with more thought before publishing. Lol -_-"

Diesel DZ7196

Saw this watch at 313 yesterday. It's so pretty! Was first attracted by it's huge size. Tried it on, it's so AA when you wear it on your wrist! Was surfing the Diesel's website just now, it's categorized under men's watches. But then the shopkeeper yesterday told me it's unisexual, hmmm....
But in any case, I really like it!

My Recording! ^_^*
My 1st recording!! This was taken as part of the evaluation for my Hark Music "The Real Singer" course ^^
The original song was sung by Fish Leong. Not really a popular song, so I'm not sure if you guys have even hear it before. But if you hear it again it is actually a very nice song! It's a good competition song too as there is a certain difficulty level in managing this song well ;) Scored 17 out of 20 points =) Please support! Feel free to give your comments after listening ;)
This is not exactly a nice recording, some of the flaw are obviously heard, such as my high notes, which sounded rather weak...

A brief look back
Today I accidentally stumbled across some old messages which I thought I have long ago deleted. Looking back at them, the feeling is so much different then & now...but why do some sadness still well up when I revisited them? It has been many years...
Humans are an amazing lot. I wonder where do all the memories which we thought we have long forgotten gone to. Actually they have never left. So they have always been with me.
But I wish to forget.
Please go away from my life. And never return again...
